Chocolate Biscuit Bounty Slice

This delicious chocolate biscuit bounty slice has been made for the sweet tooths at heart!

Easy to make, quick to prepare, and long-lasting, this recipe will leave you drooling for more (you can thank us later). 

TIP! Bounty bars can be replaced with any of your favorite chocolate bars. Slices can be made up to five days ahead. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge.

1.

Grease an 18cm x 28cm rectangular slice pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 3cm above pan edges.

Place biscuits and chocolate bars in a large bowl.

Combine condensed milk, chocolate and butter in a small saucepan. Stir over a low heat until melted and combined. Remove from heat. Stir into biscuit mixture until well combined. 

4.

Press over base of prepared pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight until firm.

5.

To serve, use baking paper to lift slice out of pan onto a chopping board. Cut into squares.
