It’s also worth noting that the most accurate way to measure a tablespoon is by using a measuring spoon. (If you don’t have one handy, 3 level teaspoons will roughly equate to 1 tablespoon.)Note: the volume of the food you are measuring will always be affected by the density of that specific ingredient.
